What is your refund policy?

We offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Full refunds are provided within 7-10 working days if the booking is cancelled by either the doctor or the patient. However, no refunds are issued for no-shows (when a patient doesn't visit at the booked time).

How does emergency booking work?

Our emergency booking feature provides instant access to the nearest available healthcare provider. When you select emergency booking, you receive priority slots with immediate confirmation, ensuring you get medical attention when you need it most urgently.
