Bookings cancelled by either the doctor or the patient will be eligible for a full refund. The cancellation must be made through the platform to ensure proper processing.

Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method used during booking. Please ensure your payment details are up to date.

No-Show Policy

If a booking is cancelled because the patient did not visit the doctor at the booked time, no refund will be given. We encourage all patients to cancel their appointments in advance if they are unable to attend.
